This will double the run time. If you buy the series connector you will double the speed. I went with this, because run time is more important for me.

i bought this item for my slash 1/16 4x4.when running on one battery it would not last that long, but with this adapter i can double my run time with two batteries. yaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh! also my dog loves it too. the end.

this product is a quick, inexpensive, easy way to greatly increase your run time for the vehicle. I have discovered that it requires a little tucking of the wires to keep them under the body on my e-revo 1/16. when running Lipo's I had a problem with wires working their way out from under the body and rubbing against the tires. I did eventually eliminate this problem with careful routing of the wires by the motor wires, but that eventually led to one of the motor wires coming undone during use. I then began using velcro on the battery doors to hold the body down which had an unexpected side effect of keeping the battery wires in the car thus eliminating the problem.
