May 10, 2011 I have had the most fun with this truck out of all the rc cars I have ever had. This thing is a beast the top speed on this is 45+MPH!!!!!!!!! I bought my truck from tower hobbies for about $440 on amazon its $800.If you have other rc cars say that you break a part on it and you cant fix it so you throw it away. But with the t-maxx 3.3 you can go on line and buy another part so you dont have to throw it away. Like just a couple weeks ago I ran into a rock going 30 mph and broke the the a-arm. So I ran into my shop grabbed a spare took off the old one and put on the spare. I would not reccomend this toy for people 17yrs and younger(im 11) or for people who arent good with tools. this truck is fairly hard to contol at speeds of 20 mph or higher and must be an experianced rc driver. I have had my traxxas for 2 years and I run over my dads traxxas jato 3.3.

I purchased this truck as my first Nitro truck. When I was a kid, I was always into "toy" grade RC cars and always wanted a nitro powered one. I am now 24, have the money and time so decided to pull the trigger on the purchase and I am glad I did. This is a great truck for both beginners and experienced drivers as long as you have the time to fiddle, tune and repair some things. Most of the parts that come on the truck are decent, however their are some parts that tend to break fairly easily that will need replacing upon your first crash or soon after. However with the variety of replacement parts, your options are nearly endless. I upgraded most of the supporting parts (bulk heads, shock towers, shock) with RPM A-arms. I have taken some pretty tough crashes and accidents and have yet to break anything. Very tough truck!
