Outstanding have it here in Afghanistan in rocks mud and dust been running it hard for past 8 hours not one issue. Speed is fantastic to a point all the other Team members are now wanting one. We raced it against some of our other Traxas cars costing upto 300 more and found we can run circles around them with the stock motor and battery well worth the investment and a great way price.

This thing is a piece of junk. I got it for a few bucks less at a local hobbie shop and in two weeks I've only been able to get 3 runs on it.

First-off, it would not go in reverse 90% of the time when hitting reverse (from a dead stop, not while it was going forward)... we'd have to pump reverse hoping it would get going. The shop ended up replacing the speed-control servo.

Next, the reverse worked better with the new speed control... only screwing up about 40% of the time - but after two runs with the new speed control the motor came loose and gears are grinding. This after being run on grass and over a 6" jump a few times... I guess it has to be tightened after every run... sure one day it won't be tightenend anymore.

Two weeks and I've had to take the thing back to the sucky hobbie shop who would not accept it for an exchange after I returned it 3 days after purchase with the speed control... anyhow the real problem is the crappy...Read more
