The replacement tail unit works great (not easy to solder to the very small circuit board connections). Everything was delivered on schedule.

The tail unit came 1 day late in an envelope and the metal support pipe was bent slightly, but it was easy to bend back (Hey, for free shipping on something this small, what can you expect?). With some light and easy soldering (Others complain about this, but it was very easy) and some electrical tape, you're back in the air! The wires were in correct polarity and the motor is great.

I bought this replacement because I accidentally tore out the rotor of my units' tail and this was great so I didn't need to throw away the whole helicopter!
Part arrived fast, is not the easiest to replace (requires taking most of the heli apart and some light soldering), but it isn't hard either.
