This is the worst plane i have ever purchased. It is glued together poorly. one wreck and its all over with. I glued mine back together but still not a good plane. Does not fly strait ever. I have experience flying model planes, this one is junk - hands down.
the best plane you can buy for beginners is the Super Cub or Mini Super Cub guaranteed.

DO NOT BUY. This is not worth your 30-40 dollars. This thing does not work. It is made of styrofoam and falls apart. Mine didn't even turn on after I assembled the few parts. Worthless and trash DO NOT BUY.

This is a light, styrofoam airplane. You must assemble it (not difficult) and toss it in the air to get it to fly - will not fly from a start position on the ground. I found the plane really didn't fly very far (less than 1 minute). The controls are extremely limited. Because of the lightness of the plane, you can only fly it with ZERO wind/breeze - the slightest breeze causes your plane to lose what little control it has.
I ended up returning the item. I will say the company was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and prompt in arranging a refund.
This may be a good start for a child trying his first plane out - its not expensive so don't expect much.
