The Redcat Racing Sumo 1/24 Scale Crawler is a fully functional micro sized remote control rock crawler. A 3 channel 2.4 GHz radio lets you choose from 4 steering modes, control the throttle, and direct the steering to help you over obstacles in your living room or your backyard. The crawler needs AAA batteries for its motor and the radio needs AA batteries. Other than these batteries, everything is ready-to-run out of the box.

I love RC cars, but if anyone is looking for a car that is going to speed over objects, be forewarned this vehicle is very slow. Most fun from RC cars come from their speed. To top things off, this car came broken from the seller. It was hard to tell at first as the car was moving, but as my son pointed out, it moved with just two wheels not all four. The other two had a broken differential is what I think it would be called on a real car. The Sumo looks sturdy, but the differential is plastic and the tiny pin was broken and that's all it takes. A real bummer. Avoid, especially at nearly 100 dollars cost.
