I got this new chopper from syma. the manual is horribly translated. (made in china)
the heli spun uncontrollably. the manual, in broken english, suggests adjusting the potentiometer. unfortunately this model does not have one. after alot of gess work and patience i figured out that the trim is adjusted on the left and right shoulder buttons. it took a while to finally get it straightened out, but it is possible to adjust the trim so i had to rewrite the review. it is fun once you get the hang of it, but it is still way too weak to work outside with even a slow wind. i was flying it and the leaves weren't even moving on the trees but it still managed to be thrown off course. on a plus side. i own some nice country side and managed to fly it up pretty high. it hit a tree and slammed face first into the ground. not even a scratch. pretty durable from what i've experienced. inside however, it works well. but because of it's size it is hard to practice indoors...Read more

I bought this toy for my husband who has wanted one for years. I finally was able to get it for him, and when he opened in on Christmeas day he was like a kid, so excited to see it and have one. But the thing doesn't work right at all. the worst thing about it is that there was not one contact number or anything on the instructions or box of who made it or anything, so that we can maybe send it back or better yet at least talk to someone who can help him get it work right. The instructions almost seem like they were written by a 10 year old. So needless to say it sets on the dresser collecting dust. I will someday get him another one but it will be at a local store somwhere that I can hold it and look at it before I buy it. I'm really sorry to have to give a bad review. It was just very dissapointing.

It worked great for about 2 weeks (bought this for my hubby). And then the battery wouldn't recharge anymore. We are now waiting for a new battery pack.
