This review is from: 1/16 SCALE REMOTE CONTROL GERMAN PANTHER TANK SHOOTS SMOKES
This RC German Panther tank is pretty darn cool. It has fantastic manueverability and some amazing features that you just don't find out there. We were really surprised at how fast it moves! There are a few negatives, though. I was a bit mislead by the ad; it claims the product to weigh 25 pounds, which led me to believe it was made of metal. Not so. It is made of fairly cheap hard plastic and weighs between 7-8 pounds, including the remote. It also claims that it shoots bb's (which I think of as metal) but it actually shoots yellow airsoft pellets. I actually prefer the airsoft pellets for safety reasons, but it would have been nice to know that in advance. We haven't been able to get the smoke function to work yet, but really haven't spent a ton of time messing with it. In spite of those few fibs about features, we're just having a ton of fun driving it around and shooting things. It's still an awesome toy!
