New Bright - 1:24 Radio Control Monster Truck Ford Big Foot

First the good: a fun, easy to control RC truck for my twin 4 year old boys (well, 4 years and 9 months).

Now the bad:
We've had it for one day, and the front "Ford" sticker has already fallen off.
The on-off switch is really tough to use- it feels cheap, like it's going to snap off.
The car doesn't go consistently. You push the remote to make it go forward, and then it stops after a few feet, then you have to release the control and push it forward again (kind of like pulsing it on and off).
The antenna on the car and on the remote is a thin flexible wire, with a very thin tube/straw thingy to keep it upright. The tube/straw things keep falling off, and the boys need me to thread the wire back through the tube. This has happened about 8 times in about a total of 30 minutes of play. This was a present for my six year old son. It lasted one afternoon before it stopped working. Well he had fun for an hour or two.

Basically, if this toy cost $5.00, it would nonetheless still be a waste of money. Very poorly made, barely functional, and not worth the time I am taking to write the review, but am doing so to prevent others from purchasing.It basically stopped working entirely within a week of purchasing, and before then, pieces had already started falling off. I see that the manufacturer has a higher-priced model, but I will refuse to purchase on the assumption that if they would permit such a poor product to be sold, then any more expensive model likely is comprised of similarly poor quality.
