It's really fun and you can learn to drift like a racer! It turns big and real drift action! The box lokks amazing and it was really hard to find a cheap rc car that drifts. Try not to make hard tracks and try not to hit obstacles real hard,it could break. But it's fun!

I've never had so much fun with an inexpensive R/C in my life! I bought two of these for our boys, 5 & 7 at the time. I don't buy R/C cars with the idea that they will last more than a couple of weeks, but these lasted about 6 months of heavy beating (even a couple of trips down the carpeted stairs). One finally died and I had to put the other one away to prevent fighting, but I assume it's still in working order. I might go home and find it now that I'm thinking about it - they're not just kid toys, you know.

Things to consider:
1. I think these have preset radio frequencies, so make sure you get ones using different frequencies (MHz) if you want to race.
2. If you don't have smooth wood, tile, or finished concrete floors don't buy these. They're quick cars, but the real fun is in the drifting.
3. Battery replacement is inconvenient, but they last a long time. Drifting continues throughout most of the usable battery life.

this is an awesome toy. i have been doing a lot of drifting on gran turismo 5 so i decided to try this out. it is awd and has no trouble spinning all 4 on hardwood floors. the throttle is literally an on off switch so you must feather it sometimes. the steering is better. i took all the stickers off mine with ease and popped the back window out and removed the spoiler. i will try to upload a picture.
