This review is from: Maisto 1:14 Off Road Radio Control Ford Raptor (Toy) Its a fun toy, just got it so I don't know how durable it is quite yet. But the battery life is pretty weak, so now I'm trying to track down an extra set of rechargeable batteries. It says it is for 8-15 year olds, but my 4-year old son had no problem controlling it. So maybe the age recommendation is meant to avoid the crying fit he had when the batteries died in about 20 minutes. Another reviewer said it recharges quickly, but the instructions say 4 hours. This review is from: Maisto 1:14 Off Road Radio Control Ford Raptor (Toy) Bought this for myself as a Father's Day gift to me from my kids :) We love it. Controls are easy and it goes over things in the yard. Only "con" is that the battery life is probably 20-30 minutes. It re-charges quickly though. = Durability: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Maisto 1:14 Off Road Radio Control Ford Raptor (Toy) I just received this truck and it looks nice but after playing with it for a while (fully charged) i can say it's really weak. It can barely go over small objects inside the house. It's not for outdoor use and battery life is too short. I'm generally disappointed with it. If you want an rc toy with good performance then prepare to spend more bucks. |
