Kid Galaxy Morphibians Gator Radio Control Vehicle
Summary: Good Remote controlled Morphibian Gator 2010-03-08
Comment: It is nice car you just plug the batteries and it is true that it can go in water.
Don't expect that it is like a boat in water but can go.
You have to open the screws for the upper part and put the batteries there. Take care not to cut the wire for the two lights above.
It is a battery eater and turns is a nice way.
It turns by making two wheels on one side roll.
Adequate distance for the control but do not expect 100 yards it is 10 yard as I guess...I didn't measure it. I recommend this toy as a first remote controlled car for a kid. It looks with good durability for it is hard plastic. It is not big in size like one foot long.

Comment: Gave this as a Xmas Gift, Said to be very durable and fun for young ones as their first RC. Good Quality and design. And supposedly very very fun for young boys.
Summary: Rugged, easy to control - but get yourself some rechargeable batteries 2010-02-16
Comment: I bought this for my 1 year old baby girl - yeah it is a boy thing, but just want to expose my girl to a wide variety of toys.
What I like about this:
- It is rugged, throw it, beat it and it can take some roughness
- Bright LED lights - make is look attractive and realistic
- Easy to control - hand held remote has 2 buttons
Left button push forward/backward - both wheels on the left move forward/backward
Right button push forward/backward - both wheels on the right move forward/backward
So if you want the vehicle to move forward continually - just press both the buttons forward at the same time.
Turn left forward - press the left button forward ... Like that
Takes a bit of practice, but you will get a hang of it, more likely your kid is going to learn it faster than you. And it is great fun for both kids and adults to love it.
Now, here is something you wont like - the toy sucks a lot of juice of batteries. So get yourself some rechargeable batteries and a charger - it needs both AAA as well as AA batteries

Comment: After trying many cheaper remote control vehicles, we were excited to give this one to our 5 yr. old son for Christmas. It sounded like it would be durable and really function outside, which we appreciated. The directions suggested even using it in the bathtub. So on Christmas day, when the weather wasn't great for being outdoors and he really wanted to try it in water, we put it in the tub with about 6 inches of water. Of course my son stood next to the tub to operate it, and while leaning over the tub to get the Morphibian floating upright, he dropped the remote into the water. It hasn't worked properly since. Although the directions clearly warned not to get the remote wet, suggesting that it be used in the bathtub in the hands of a 5 yr. old just seemed too tempting for fate. Either leave the suggestion of the bathtub/pool out or make the remote completely water proof. We have not yet approached the company for a replacement, but hope for a positive response. Otherwise, it seems like it may be one of the better remote-controlled vehicles for the younger set.
Summary: Great Toy!! 2010-01-12
Comment: This was a Christmas present and it was loved. Everyone played with this toy. The Battery time was good and the controls were easy to use. I would suggest this as a gift.
