Bought 2 battery packs. One came up to capacity after 5 charge-discharge cycles. The other did not-it would only put out for 30-60 seconds. They were stamped 3/2007 on the outside. The battery cells were probably older. Contacted the seller, and they had no fresher substitutes. I'm no expert, but perhaps the bad one was improperly stored over the course of 4+ years. I didn't want anymore of this vintage as replacements.
