This is a serious piece of electronic equipment, and not a toy. It is a very versatile Radio Control Transmitter (tx), that has a good 132 page manual that makes it easy to learn to use. The programing is compehensive, but intuitive. This unit has so many options, it will do practically anything you want. The only down side is that you have to buy a HPP-22 PC programer to download updates to firmware, but the HPP-22 (which cost me about $20) does a lot more. You can also upload your data to your PC, and map on google earth where you have flown. This tx has built in telemetry, so you know your receiver's (rx) battery condition, plus you can get other telemetry sensors to read RPM, engine temp, Etc, etc..
