Me and my younger brother(he's 11) found a couple of 'Air Hogs' brand planes new in the box at a goodwill near us, we hit the jackpot! I bought this one and my brother bought a 'Eagle Ray' or whatever that one is called -.-, I prefer this one over his because mine is easier to trim, I LOVE flying mine, and his nosedives almost every time, when his does not it flies great, we have had them for over 3 weeks now. While it is not meant for stunts (I don't think so anyway) I have figured out how to do a loop-de-loop, barrel rolls, and a few other things. I love it and I hope it will last ^^.
I would recommend this plane for ages 10 and up, 8+ is just a lie, my other younger brother (age 7) was originally going to share this plane with me, but because of him the plane has gotten stuck in trees, flown in other peoples yards, and he dented the wing (I fixed it :3), not to mention he never puts it away and leaving a fragile styrofoam plane on the floor is bound to end in a broken...Read more

A major disappointment. Within 5 minutes the tail had broken off. Taped it together and still couldn't get the thing to stay in the air. Educational value?? Well, considering this was an allowance purchase for my 9 year old I guess there is education in heart break.
While I purchase many things on Amazon, I'm thankful I purchased this one local - so I can easily return it to the store.
