I got one for my birthday from my wife. This was my first RC airplane.I like to think I know a lot about planes and flying in general.. and I wanted to expand my passion with flying one of these..Well.. I find this one very difficult to fly..The plane is described as "Super stable for beginner Slow Speed Flying Capable, Good for Beginner Suitable for both beginners and experienced pilots "..
well I find that..not true.. except for the last part.Same company makes a Cessna 172 and I saw it flying..and that's a trainer..this is not.
I just came back from a "flight" and a bunch of advanced rc pilots warned me..that that's a tough plane to fly..because of the mid-wing.
It's way too fast, low altitude doesn't give you too much time to recover..banking is super fast..even if you gently touch the controls. This plane is unforgivable: one small mistake: boom!
The airframe is great and indeed is crash resistant. Expect to break a lot of propellers if you are a beginner like...Read more

Need flight experience first,

I received this plane as a gift. The instructions are primarily in Chinese, with very poor English translation - some of it is not translated, and you will need to get help both on the assembly AND, especially, the RC which has more features than described in the instruction book. You also need a lot of experience with RC planes (which I do not have) before trying this one. It is very fast, very difficult to control, and most definitely NOT for a beginning. Get a simple, 2-channel or basic 3-channel plane first; then try this one once you are comfortable. Also, not convenient for more than one flight as the charger is for a wall outlet and not for a car. i.e., when you are at the field you can't recharge after a single flight.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: 4 Channel Warbird F4U Corsair RTF RC Ready to Fly Electric Airplane Gray Version (Gray Version)
WARNING!!!!!! This is by far the most horrible product I have ever purchased on Amazon.
1. The tail wing came busted realized this upon opening the box and examining the plane.
2. It's made of foam or something so it feels very cheap.
3. The wheels for landing, one fell off just by shaking the plane in further examination.
4. I bought this for my son and he never got to fly it because of so many other flaws.
This product is a waste of time and money please stay away. Hope you like my honest review.
