3D Metal Series 3.5 CH Gyroscope Digital Proportional RC Coaxial Dual-Rotor Helicopter BLACK

I got this for my 12 y.o. nephew for christmas and I must say it is AWESOME. There are colorful blinking lights when its flying and it has headlights too, the blades are made to collapse when it's crashed which I didnt realize but that's great because I was wondering how it weathered crashing. It takes a 30 minute initial charge and shorter charging thereafter, the only slight downside is you only get about 10 minutes maybe a couple less of play time before it needs to be charged again but man my nephew loves it. Great for a "gamer", takes a little practice to keep it steady but similar to needing good thumb coordination like with video games. Highly recommend it, my husband wants one, lol.

I received the package with the helicopter in it today, when i opened it up it all seemed good at first glance. i followed the limited instructions on how to charge it... about 20 min later the light turned off and i tried to fly it, it was a lot of fun and i was satisfied... then it had a small crash landing on my recliner chair (A very Plush chair) then the lights went out, and that was it, i thought it may be that it was not charged enough, i charged it, an hour later the light was still blinking which come to find out means its not charging because it doesn't recognize that anything is plugged in. I am 16 years old and semi tech savy... I am trying to find out whats wrong but at this point i am very dis-pleased with the helicopter.
