It shot up a rooster tail and whipped across the lake. It lasted fairly well until one engine died, but grandpa was able to do a little wiring and it was back on the go. Will deal with this seller again. Anzo 6 of 7 people found the following review helpful: = Durability: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: 29.5" Radio remote control High Wing Racing Boat (Toy) We purchased this boat for something to play with in the pool during the winter months when it's too cold to actually swim. The boat is too large for a normal pool. The real problem though is the battery life of 7 - 10 minutes when fully charged. We charged it several times as per the instructions, but no luck - 7 minutes is all it was good for. We then took it to a local hobby shop and were informed that the batteries that these boats come with are only good for a short period of time because of the low quality battery and the the amount of power that this boat pulls from the battery. We were able to purchase a different battery at the hobby shop for another $25.00 to make the boat run about 45 minutes. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: = Durability: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: 29.5" Radio remote control High Wing Racing Boat (Toy) The 1st time we used the boat I was suprised how slow it was. It's faster in turns that straight on. After 5 minutes of use the boat only went in circles. After we fished in back into shore we discovered a propeller had came off along with the nut securing it. A little disappointing. |
