I bought my entire family remote control speed boats for Christmas last year so we could race in our pond. My brother got the fast big yellow one, my step father, the slick yacht type, myself a small red bullet, and for sh*ts n giggles, I got my mom the Police Patrol Boat--the only boat with reverse. It ended up being our favorite boat. It had the longest battery life and excellent steering. We used it to retrieve the other boats that got stuck in the weeds. Was it the police figurines or just the plain power of Mom? I don't know. But this vessel is worth much more than she looks.

We did a lot of searching to find a radio controlled boat for our grandson who is 8-years-old. We live on a small lake and wanted one that wouldn't turn over from the waves. This police boat is really nice. It is not for racing but our grandson has a lot of fun guiding it out onto the lake and chasing the ducks. X-mas gift for my nephew and he loved it and could not wait to try the police lights at night.
